So, here it is!

1. Open a new file with the size 550x300 px.
2. Add this texture as background. (It’s a combination of these three textures (1, 2, 3) and cloud brushes.)
3. Take this picture of Lauren, crop it (to the width of 500 px in this case) and position it.
4. Remove the background of the picture.
5. Now duplicate the Lauren-layer two times. Set the one on the top to soft light and the second one to screen 30%.
6. Merge those three layers and sharpen the now merged layer.
7. Go to colors - levels
(What we do now is, that we enhance the contrast, the brightness and the saturation. We also reduce the amount of red and add a bit of blue.)
value: 25 - 1,30 - 220
red: 0 - 0,75 - 255
green: no changes
blue: 0 - 1,05 - 255
8. Now use the selective Gaussian blur on the Lauren-layer with the settings 1,00 and 30 to smooth out the pic a bit.
9. Add a shadow behind Lauren. For this go to filter - light and shadows - Xach-effect - OK. Delete the new “Highlight”-layer, put the shadow-layer under the Lauren-layer and set the opacity of the shadow to 30%.
10. For the text I used a font called "Mickey", color #a12330, size 40. Duplicate the text-layer and set it to soft light. Add a shadow with the Xach-effect and put the two new layers under the text-layers. Change the opacity of the shadow-layer to 30%.
11. Last but not least add two new layers, fill them with #0a0c30, set the one on the top to screen and the second one to substract.
And that's it!
I hope you understand everything. If you have any problems just ask me.=)
